What is the AETEA Assessment Program?

The Assessment Program is a focused half-day session where AETEA resources will meet with IT and business stakeholders to best understand both the business and technology drivers.  Approximately 1-2 weeks later, AETEA will provide a Recommendations and Findings Document that will outline the Current State and the Solution Recommendation for the Future State.

What is the Cost?

The cost of the program is free, but requires an investment in time from key business and technology stakeholders in your organization.  Participation of the key stakeholders is a requirement of the AETEA Assessment Program and the average individual stakeholder time investment is usually 1-2 hours.  The focus of the assessment is to understand your business processes and provide recommendations on how to leverage specific technologies to improve those processes.  This can only be valuable with full participation of the key stakeholders.

Data Management and Reporting Assessment

Feel like you're manually retyping information into Excel spreadsheets or having trouble getting access to data to make effective and timely business decisions?  AETEA will conduct a thorough, on-site Assessment of your corporate data assets and review how you turn your data into actionable information.  Whether it’s reducing spreadsheet processes, providing a reporting toolset or reviewing a full business intelligence strategy, getting decision-makers access to data quickly and effectively is one of our primary areas of expertise.

Collaboration and Enterprise Portal Assessment

Is your organization drowning in paper and manual workflows?  Do you have trouble collaborating internally with team members or are you not able to securely share information with your customers and partners?  AETEA will conduct a thorough, on-site Assessment of your workflows, communication channels and methods for sharing and collaborating on internal information.  In addition, we will review how you share information with customers and partners.  Some recommended solutions may be Enterprise Portal technologies, Search technologies or Workflow/Collaboration toolsets.
