Our client asked AETEA’s Engagement Team to provide specialized reporting capabilities to make
real-time business decisions for their company's trading desk. They wanted to increase their trading
revenues by making better decisions with higher-quality data.
The Solution
AETEA brought on a team of senior level WebFocus Architects and Developers to work in collaboration
with our client to customize a proprietary reporting system using real time data. The technologies
used in the development were Webfocus, Oracle 9I and Java.

Our client needed a more efficient way of bringing on technical consultants for infrastructure needs.
They were looking for high-quality service, competitive market rates and a rapid integration process.
The Solution
We worked with our client to customize a recruiting system for them. The list of vendors was cut from 12 to 2,
and we put a rate card in place that was developed by the two approved vendors and accepted by the client.
The system included strict timeframes such as measuring the number of days to source candidates, the number of
days managers have to interview, as well as feedback deadlines and start date deadlines.

Our client needed to set up the initial data warehouse as a backend for SAP.
The Solution
AETEA put a senior level project manager in place to define the scope of the project and manage deadlines,
as well as expectations. After the project plan was developed, the project manager assisted both the client
and AETEA in placing all the necessary resources in order to complete the job with the highest level of quality.
Our project manager also helped to manage on-site resources as the team size grew to 17.
