As a recognized leader in the IT Consulting Industry, Jeff Sardis knows how to build teams and develop talent. In the mid to late 90s, his track record of a 40% annual growth rate at Spectrum Concepts Consulting Corporation demonstrated how cultivating and recognizing talent fuels growth. Today, he brings that experience and growth perspective to AETEA.
Before he merged Spectrum with AETEA and joined AETEA’s executive team in the late 90s, Jeff was the President of Spectrum Concepts Consulting Corporation. Spectrum was a NY consulting business that he grew from $8 million to $58 million in revenues and expanded to the NJ and PA markets.
Under his leadership, the firm achieved prime vendor status at leading companies such as Andersen Consulting, Bristol Myers Squibb, First USA, Novartis and Smithkline Beecham. The firm also experienced zero turnover in six years of operation and was recognized as having one of the highest productivity rates in the industry.
Jeff is a founding member of The Open Door Foundation and has been an active member of the NACCB and The Executive Committee.
An engaging speaker, Jeff has spoken at numerous industry functions and at Columbia University.
A native of Long Island, he received his B.S. in Computer Science from Hofstra University.
Charlie joined AETEA in 1998 and is a key member of the Company’s Executive Management Team. He has spent his career overseeing and directing the financial management and capital planning initiatives of several rapidly growing firms.
Prior to AETEA, Charlie served as Chief Financial Officer of COMSYS Technical Services for 8 years. During his tenure with COMSYS, revenues grew five-fold and he managed the integration of several acquired companies.
A Certified Public Accountant, Charlie started his career as an accountant with Coopers and Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). He also held financial positions for a rapidly growing PC retailer and for the Baltimore Sun newspaper.
Charlie graduated from Washington & Lee University.
With over 23 years of experience in the IT staffing and consulting industry, Rick provides influential leadership to our PA (Delaware Valley) Branch. He is well versed in all aspects of IT staffing including sales, recruiting, and staff management. In addition, starting from the beginning of his career in Arthur Andersen’s IT consulting unit, Rick has been actively engaged in Managed Services solutions. He has been involved with the sale and delivery of numerous successful solutions for companies like The Northern Trust Company, GlaxoSmithKline, PennDOT, DuPont and Merck.
Prior to joining AETEA, Rick was a 17 year veteran of Ajilon Consulting where he helped build the Delaware Valley branch into a $40M business. This business was developed through a combination of organic growth and acquisition, with Managed Services projects accounting for nearly 50% of the revenue. Rick was a 4-time Ajilon President’s Club award winner based on his outstanding performance.
Rick graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Computer Science.
Shaun Poulton specializes in assisting customers gain business benefit through the use of professional technology services. In his role as Vice President of Managed Services, Shaun is responsible for leading the acquisition and delivery of AETEA's managed services engagements nationwide. Shaun and his team combine technology and business backgrounds with proven processes and methodoligies to ensure that AETEA delivers solutions that meet the business needs of our customers.
Prior to joining AETEA, Shaun was responsible for founding, managing and growing SM Consulting’s Application Services Division. In addition to sales and management responsibilities, Shaun also provided consulting services for enterprise level technology initiatives in the areas of CRM, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Portals and Internet-based software development.
Shaun also was an owner and partner in SilverLake Technologies and has worked for Legg Mason Wood Walker, The American Physical Society and the National Marine Fisheries Service providing Internet-based software solutions. While employed at the National Marine Fisheries Service, Shaun created and implemented one of the first interactive web sites in the United States. Shaun has been recognized for successful projects by CIO Magazine and Barron’s Magazine and has spoken about successfully creating and maintaining Enterprise Portals at several national conferences.
Shaun holds a B.S in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland.
In her role as Vice President of the New Jersey Branch, Jaime provides sales, recruiting and operational leadership. Since 1999, Jaime Patterson has been one of the driving forces in the success of our NJ Branch. She began her career at AETEA working as an Account Manager, and later as an Account Executive, where she developed and managed one of AETEA’s largest clients. During her tenure, Jaime consistently exceeded expectations in delivering for AETEA’s clients and generated over $75 million in revenue for the firm.
Through her efforts, AETEA was recognized and awarded an exclusive business contract with a fortune 50 Pharmaceutical company. She is a strong relationship builder and a natural leader. Before being promoted to her current role as VP of the NJ Branch, Jaime worked diligently to successfully mentor and train the NJ Sale and Recruiting teams.
Prior to joining AETEA, Jaime was recognized as a top sales performer while working in the media information systems business.
Jaime graduated from Boston College with a BS in Business Administration.
